Today Milan played their first season opener at the San Siro against Bologna. Unfortunately in spite of the good performance and the countless chances on the Bolognese goal, Milan couldn’t capitalize and failed to score more than 1 goal; which wasn’t sufficient, final result 2-1 Bologna.
Now to Ronaldinho! The big expected debut of Il Gaucho. Some were optimistic, some were skeptic. At the end of the day Dinho proved to everyone that he is not over, after giving an over the par performance. He assisted one goal to Ambrosini, a header. In addition to many first-class assists to Inzaghi, Shevchenko, Seedorf and others. Along with 5 decent shots on goal. From simple perfect passes, to over the top touches. All in all, Dinho was Milan’s best player today, if he continues like this it will hopefully mean a good successful season with the Rossonero.
Goal.com rating gave Ronnie a 9/10 on his performance today that outlines his good performance.
“Ronaldinho: 9 – Some may think this rating is too high, especially considering Milan lost, but believe me it is not. Made Ambrosini’s goal, and also put both Seedorf and Inzaghi through on goal, the latter with a simply delightful scooped pass. Created countless other dangerous situations, had five shots on goal, and dictated most of the game.”
Here is what Milan’s coach Ancelotti had to say about Dinho in this game.
“My optimism comes from Ronaldinho’s performance,”
“Clearly we still need to settle the new players in and try out the tactics. The impression I got is that this team can do great things.”

After watching this, as Juve fan, I’m thinking damn. (even though they lost, Dinho but on quite the performance)
As a fan of Dinho, I am pleased. I will be honest, I was a skeptic. After watching him and seeing the man smile and clap, I can say I have faith. That’s some good stuff.

I too am a Juve fan, but unlike others I never lost hope in Dinho. The only reason why he began to under perform in Barca was because he was unhappy. Skill is only 50% of the game, the other half is mental.
